Bay Elementary's Teacher of the Month for February is an excellent educator and goes above and beyond for her students and our school. She is a leader, team player, and role model for other staff members. She pushes for what is right, even if it is not always easy. She works diligently in the classroom to not only teach students foundational skills, but also social and emotional skills that will help them throughout their entire school career. It takes a special person to teach Kindergarten. For these reasons and more, Mrs. Staggs makes an excellent candidate for our February Teacher of the Month.
